Sustainability Festival

The annual Greater Dandenong Sustainability Festival happens in March each year and is your go-to event to learn how to do more with less. Discover great ideas and helpful tips in a fun day for the whole family.

Council is proud to announce it will be holding its fifth Sustainability Festival on 4 March 2018 at the Dandenong Market. With free entry for all, the festival promises to be action packed with a range of activities, displays, demonstrations and entertainment to help you kick start your sustainable journey.

Sustainability Awards

Are you a local school, resident or business helping make our community a more sustainable place to live, work or play? Do you have a project that has embraced environmental sustainability? If so, then enter it in the Greater Dandenong Sustainability Awards.

In its fourth year, the Awards recognise leadership and innovation in sustainability, rewarding those striving to help make Greater Dandenong one of the most sustainable cities in Australia. 

Entries for Greater Dandenong’s Annual Sustainability Awards are now open and close 4pm on Thursday 25 January 2018.
